Areas of our expertise

The unique aspect of our practice is that every patient's condition is examined through the lenses of Eastern and Western medicine.

We are as comfortable treating acute sinus infections or talking about high cholesterol or diabetes, as we are discussing whether the patient qualifies for Medical Marijuana treatment of chronic low back pain!

Family Medicine

Family medicine (FM), formerly Family Practice (FP), is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages; the specialist is named a family physician, family doctor, or formerly family practitioner. It is a division of primary care that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body. It is based on knowledge of the patient in the context of the family and the community, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion. [Wikipedia]

Family medicine is the medical specialty which provides continuing, comprehensive health care for the individual and family. It is a specialty in breadth that integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences. The scope of family medicine encompasses all ages, both sexes, each organ system and every disease entity.

Family medicine is a three-dimensional specialty, incorporating (1) knowledge, (2) skill and (3) process. Although knowledge and skill may be shared with other specialties, the family medicine process is unique. At the center of this process is the patient-physician relationship with the patient viewed in the context of the family. It is the extent to which this relationship is valued, developed, nurtured and maintained that distinguishes family medicine from all other specialties.

We are committed to providing you with the best, most comprehensive medical care. Our mission is to provide you with the best patient care without the long waits associated with emergency rooms. We collect co-pays and bill at primary care physician rates so that your visit at our clinic will be less expensive when compared to a normal urgent care site or the emergency room.

As your Primary Care Physician (PCP) we will have your total Electronic Medical Record in one location, which is very important for continuity of care. We are a walk-in facility for all of your non-life threatening medical issues. We accept most Insurances, and self-pay options are also available.

Finally, with Tele-Med, you are never further than a phone call away from talking to us.
